Ahead of third T20I, Team India enjoys wildlife tour in Harare

NEW DELHI: The Indian players, their families, and support personnel took a break from the game by visiting a wildlife sanctuary ahead of the third Twenty20 International against Zimbabwe.

The images from the visit were posted on the official 'X' handle of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), with the caption, "The BCCI, along with Zimbabwe Cricket and Zimbabwe Tourism, had organised a Wild Life Tour for the Indian Cricket Team & their families in Harare."

For the rest of the series, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Shivam Dube, and Sanju Samson will strengthen the Indian team. The three played a part in India's victory in the USA and the West Indies T20 World Cup.

Sai Sudharsan, Jitesh Sharma, and Harshit Rana were added by the BCCI to the Indian team for the first two Twenty20 Internationals because of their delayed return from Barbados. In the second match, Sudharshan made his T20I debut, although he didn't get the chance to bat, according to IANS.

After the hosts shocked the inexperienced side in the series opener, the Shubman Gill-led Indian squad levelled the five-match series 1-1 with a convincing 100-run victory over Zimbabwe.

On Wednesday, July 10, India and Zimbabwe will play their third Twenty20 International in Harare.
