Sean Stellato, the agent of New York Giants backup quarterback Tommy DeVito, recently had an audience with Pope Francis in Vatican City in which he presented the Holy Father with a football as a gift.
Stellato, known for his flamboyant wardrobe and Italian-American heritage, was in Rome representing a separate business interest and was granted an in-person audience with the Pope.
“This trip is all about the Four F’s: Football, faith, fashion, and can’t forget the fedora,” Stellato wrote on Instagram, via the New York Post.
Stellato’s most famous client, DeVito, was not along for the trip but remains the Giants’ third-string quarterback behind Daniel Jones and Drew Lock heading into next month’s training camp.
