Noel Kelly has been pictured in Dublin for the first time since the RTE pay scandal erupted - but remained tight-lipped when approached by the Irish Mirror.
Ryan Tubridy’s agent - who is set to appear before a blockbuster Oireachtas Committee tomorrow - refused to speak to us when approached, as key questions remain about controversial payments to the Late Late Show host.
Mr Kelly, who has seen clients Lottie Ryan, Ciara Kelly and Ciara Doherty part ways with his management company in recent days, simply said “no” when asked if he would speak to us.
However he did tell us: “I’ll be there tomorrow, OK?” Mr Kelly is due to appear before a highly anticipated Oireachtas hearing alongside Ryan Tubridy as the RTE pay scandal rumbles on.
Mr Kelly was seen today getting into a Porsche Cayenne with a suit bag in hand as he prepares for the meeting tomorrow.
The Public Accounts Committee is set to grill the pair on Tubridy’s contractual relationships with RTE and the controversial payments.
They will also be quizzed on the now infamous tripartite agreement, and be asked about how it was negotiated and who signed off on it - and the issue of it being underwritten by RTE.
They are also set to ask about any instructions by Mr Tubridy to Mr Kelly, around that agreement.
The Committee will no doubt be interested in the May 2020 call and subsequent letter sent to Tubridy by then RTE Director General Dee Forbes - and her promise that he would not have his pay cut.
The bombshell letter came at a time when RTE was making cuts to other presenters pay.
The RTE board of executives have been questioned in recent days regarding €345,000 that was paid to Ryan Tubridy that was not declared in his public salary.
