AHMEDABAD: The scorching heat was no deterrent for hundreds of students at IIT Gandhinagar (IIT-Gn) who congregated on March 21 for the EDM night to announce the wrap of annual tech-fest Blithchron. The DJ belted out the latest music as students danced with abandon to make the most of the first major ‘crowd' event at the campus which had not seen much of students during two years of pandemic.
"The cultural and technical fests, which are an integral part of any student's campus life, were missing for the past two years in offline mode. As we could not organize these fests at its slated time in January, it's now being organized in March and April," said Prof Sivapriya Kirubakaran, dean of student affairs at IIT-Gn.
