The AFL is being urged to implement a no-fault stand-down policy, as leaders blast the Sydney Swans for "glossing over" sexual assault allegations.

Victoria Police attended a Melbourne hotel on Monday and said they were investigating a report of sexual assault in the early hours of the morning.
