Six AFL footballers will be called to give evidence as disgraced player manager Ricky Nixon fights allegations he sold fake premiership memorabilia.

Nixon, 61, was originally seeking to question more than 50 witnesses as he represents himself against claims he fraudulently sold the footballs in October 2021.
