Carlton's charge to the AFL finals under interim coach Josh Fraser is right on course, with the Blues soaring to a 23-point victory to heap more misery on GWS.
Boasting fresh legs after last week's bye, the Blues held off a relentless Giants side 12.16 (88) to 9.11 (65) at Engie Stadium on Saturday to make it five wins from five games under Fraser.
After losing eight of nine games under former coach Michael Voss, the Blues are 12th (six wins, eight losses), sitting outside the top 10 on percentage.
Fraser labelled Saturday's win in front of 13,709 fans as the best he's seen the Blues play so far - not that he's thinking of finals just yet.
"We haven't openly spoken about that (finals)," Fraser said.
