As an entrepreneur and a founder of numerous business ventures, Michael Carbonara brings an operator's mindset to policymaking. Currently, he is running for the United States House of Representatives for Florida District 25 as a Republican candidate. By applying the lessons he has learned from financial technology and AI-driven healthcare, he now strives to build practical, affordable solutions for South Floridians. His dual experience in fintech and genomics uniquely positions him to advocate for market-driven reforms that increase access while reducing costs.
While he wears many professional hats, Michael sees himself first and foremost as a builder, a husband, and a Catholic father who came from a working-class home. He founded companies in financial technology and in fertility care because he believes it is a necessity to solve real problems, remove red tape, and deliver results that people can feel in their daily lives. To further pursue these ambitious goals, he is now running for Congress. If elected, he pledges to make life more affordable, better protect individual freedoms, and also make communities safer in South Florida. He believes that out-of-touch elitist politicians have been in power for too long, and that it's time to get someone who actually cares into the position of power, to make real changes for real people.
