The Indianapolis Colts (2-2) failed to secure their first win at home this season in a 29-23 overtime loss against the Los Angeles Rams (2-2) in Week 4.
After holding the top spot in the division entering Week 4, the Colts were the only team in the AFC South to fall into the loss column. This means we have a four-way tie in the division.

Week 4 result: Loss (29-23 vs Rams)
Week 4 recap: Despite being down 23-0 halfway through the third quarter, the Colts fought their way back to force overtime on the back of three total touchdowns from rookie Anthony Richardson. The Rams got the ball first in overtime and took advantage of blown coverage, which allowed Puka Nacua to scamper for a 22-yard touchdown.

Week 4 result: Win (30-3 vs Steelers)
Week 4 recap: After dropping their first two games, Houston is surging. They’ve scored 67 points in their last two games, and rookie C.J. Stroud looks like the real deal. He completed 16-of-30 passes for 306 yards, two touchdowns and a 111.2 passer rating while Nico Collins went off for a 7-168-2 receiving line in a dominating win over Pittsburgh.

Week 4 result: Win (27-3 vs Bengals)
Week 4 recap: When Derrick Henry goes, the Titans go. Henry put together a vintage game, taking 22 carries for 122 rushing yards and a touchdown while the Titans defense recorded nine quarterback hits on Joe Burrow. They have their first division game coming up.

Week 4 recap: The Jaguars bounced back and took care of business in London thanks to a strong defensive effort. Darious Williams had a 61-yard pick six while Trevor Lawrence and Calvin Ridley connected in the first quarter for the offense’s only touchdown.
