Adorable moment RTE Ryan Tubridy interview interrupted by Ed Sheeran's daughter

Ryan Tubridy's interview with Ed Sheeran this morning was adorably interrupted by Ed's daughter.

The singer spoke to Ryan on RTE Radio One about his time in Dublin so far, his Irish roots, his recent night out at Fitzgerald's and his memories of The Late Late Toy Show.

While Ed was telling Ryan about his shows in Ireland, listeners could hear the musician's daughter in the background as well.

After Ed apologising, Ryan said: "Of all the interruptions in the world, that is the most welcome."

Ed replied: "Yeah, mate, she's great. The world's best alarm clock."

Ed could then be heard laughing as his daughter was asking him to change her nappy.

During the interview, Ryan took the opportunity to thank Ed for his appearances on The Late Late Toy Show over the years.

The presenter said: "Thank you for the time you appeared on the Toy Show with us around November. You've been on a couple of times and you leave a really lovely impact with the children that are on set and around the place. That is something that I'll always appreciate."

Ed was then full of praise for Ryan. He told the host: "I don't think there's anyone that leaves a bigger impact than you. You make the show so fun.

"From what I can gather from the shoe's of yesteryear, it was a bit more of a serious affair. Seeing you get so involved with it and dressing up, it's so lovely to see"

Ed Sheeran is due to play Dublin's Croke Park this Saturday and Sunday, April 23 and 24.
