Adidas sues Australian label White Fox over ‘deceptively similar’ four-stripe clothing

Adidas has sued White Fox Boutique over its omnipresent advertisements and sales of clothes with four stripes, alleging breach of its three-stripe trademark.

The German-headquartered sports clothing brand accused White Fox of rejecting its repeated requests to stop selling the clothes in filings in the federal court of Australia.
