Global super star Adele stunned fans when she dropped a whopping seven stone - seemingly overnight.
The chart topper, 34, almost broke the Internet when she rocked up at Drake's birthday party in May 2020, which showcased her incredible weight loss in all its glory.
The stunning pics left fans scrambling for their keyboards asking how the mum-of-one had achieved the feat - with some suggesting she'd had surgery.
However, Adele reckons her transformation is all down to hard work.
Here's the lowdown on how she did it.
Exercise
The Easy On me star is committed to working out to keep herself looking fabulous.
In 2016 her personal trainer for the 25 tour, Pete Geracimo, took to Instagram explaining where her work-out journey started.
He revealed Adele wanted to get back into exercise after giving birth to her son, Angelo.
"When 25 dropped and the tour announced, we had to get ready for a 13 month gruelling schedule," he revealed.
"In that time, she warmed to training. As a result, she lost considerable weight and people took notice."
"It became my time," Adele told Vogue about exercise. "I realised that when I was working out, I didn't have any anxiety."
The singer has since revealed she does weights in the morning, a hike or box in the afternoon followed by cardio in the evening.
She also says she does "rigorous weight-lifting and circuit-training sessions every day" ,which would go to "twice a day if her anxiety is running high".
Meanwhile, speaking to Oprah, the singer revealed her penchant for boxing, telling the host: "I've got a left hook that could kill you."
However the mum-of-one previously told Rolling Stone magazine, “I mainly moan. I'm not, like, skipping to the f*****g gym".
Strict food plan
Adele told the publication, she 'hadn't done any diet', but the star was linked to the Sirtfood craze in 2020.
The Sirtfood diet involves eating nutrient-rich foods that boost a protein called sirtuin, including berries, red wine and dark chocolate.
It also restricts calories to 1,000 - 1,500 a day.
The singer has always dismissed claims she's done the diet or tried "intermittent fasting, insisting: "If anything, I eat more than I used to because I work out so hard."
However, having previously been "used to drink[ing] ten cups [of tea] a day with two sugars in each," the star's eating habits have changed dramatically.
Her lunch is said to often consist of a kale salad with parsley, celery, apples, and walnuts topped with olive oil and lemon juice.
This would reportedly give the nutrients required to refuel after her epic workouts.
Cheat days
Despite her dedication to fitness, Adele still has one weakness - McDonald's.
She loves the fast food so much, she even wants a Maccas to be the last thing she ever eats.
"My ideal meal, my death row meal, my last meal, would be a McChicken Nugget with a Big Mac and then fries.
"That's my three-course [meal]. I eat it at least once a week!" she told Vogue.
The star is also said to be a big fan of roast dinners, revealing she's: "pretty great at doing every single Sunday, it's my son's favourite".
She says she learned the basics of cooking reading Jamies Oliver's 30 Minute Meals, but we reckon Adele now has an army of chefs at her disposal.
The London legend is one of the music industry's biggest stars and is bound to break records for years to come.
Whether a size 10 or 16 - the hometown glory is hers.
