Adam Thomas turned into a bit of a fan when he found himself dining in the same restaurant as soap pal Brooke Vincent. The former Emmerdale star took to his Instagram Story with a black and white video that showed his wife Caroline tucking into her dinner.
But Adam, who recently reprised his role of Donte Charles in the reboot of BBC drama Waterloo Road, was more interested in spotting Brooke than his own meal as she dined at the other end of the same venue. The clip saw the actor zooming in to show former Coronation Street star Brooke alongside her son, Mexx.
The actress, who is famed for playing Sophie Webster in the ITV soap, looked gorgeous with her new shorter locks as she chatted to her three-year-old, unaware she was being filmed by her fellow Manchester TV star.

Adam zoomed in on the mum-of-two and drew a love heart around her. Brooke eventually clocked what he was up to and flashed a sweet grin in his direction and gave a little wave. Posting the video to his Instagram Story, Adam wrote: "The smile at the end... love this girl @brookelevivincent."
Brooke then reshared Adam's post and simply typed: "Hahaha," alongside an emoji of two hands creating a heart. It comes after Audenshaw-born Brooke gave a look at her Easter Bank Holiday weekend and suggested how much things had changed since she had become a mum.
She could be seen at a local hotel where she had popped in to use some of the leisure facilities with Mexx and his younger brother Monroe. "How my bank holidays Mondays have changed!!" Brooke captioned the smiling snap of the trio who all sported sweatshirts and shorts. "Little Easter swim," she added.
Last month, Brooke was flooded with crying laughing emojis as she shared a hilarious moment she experience while on a sweet family outing with her two sons. The soap star had spent a fun-filled weekend with her sons, Mexx and Monroe, which started with a trip to a new outdoor inflatable park.
Brooke was there to cut the ribbon and officially declare Open Air Bounce open on Saturday (April 1) and enjoyed a play on the equipment with her toddlers. She was then joined by her footballer fiance Kean Bryan on Sunday (April 2) as the family of four headed to Otterspool Adventure where they got to meet the Easter bunny. They posed with the egg-bearing character for a sweet snap which Brooke posted to her Instagram page.
"It was lovely to meet @otterspooladventure Easter Bunny," the 30-year-old started the caption of her post before recalling the moment which has left her fans and followers giggling. "Especially when Mexx shouted 'Liverpool in the bin' once the bunny confirmed he was a Liverpool fan & not a United fan," she hilariously added.
But it did appear that Brooke did get to have a bit of adult fun over the Easter weekend as she appeared in a stunning hot pink pyjama set for a 'PJ party' alongside a family member. "Pj Party Theme," she captioned the snap of the pair and 30-year-old Brooke clearly stood out in her ensemble, which boasted feathered cuffs, and which she donner with a pair of stilettos and dark shades.
