Souza recounted her challenging 33-hour labor, which she described as a 'marathon' with multiple stops and starts.
Despite the prolonged labor, Souza expressed her joy at Giulia's arrival, noting that neither the doctor nor the epidural made it in time. She thanked her doula, doctor, and especially her husband, Marshall Trenkmann, for his unwavering support during the labor.
