Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor has bought a 2,134 square feet plot in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, at a premium development project for Rs 3.31 crore. According to a press release dated May 14, 2026, this land is situated within a 75- acre plotted development area in Ayodhya on the banks of the Sarayu river. It features a grand clubhouse, 35+ curated lifestyle amenities, and a 5-acre fully vegetarian luxury hotel by The Leela.
The press release also mentioned that this 75-acre development project is strategically located near key spiritual landmarks and is being developed by the House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL).
