Kevin Daniels recently landed the lead role in the upcoming film 'Not Another Church Movie,' a spoof comedy inspired by Tyler Perry's Madea series. The film, set to be released on May 10, follows Daniels as Taylor Pherry, a man tasked by God to write a story about his dysfunctional family to save a talk show host's TV ratings. In a twist from Perry's original films, Daniels portrays MaDude instead of Madea.
During the 10-day shoot in Georgia, Daniels embraced the challenge of playing multiple roles, drawing inspiration from Eddie Murphy's iconic performances. The film also features surprise cameos, with Tisha Campbell standing out for her comedic prowess.
