The 29-year-old is known for The Perks of Being a Wallflower, the Fantastic Beasts franchise and DC’s Justice League and is set to star in the upcoming 2023 film, The Flash.
Vermont State police have said they were responding to a “burglary complaint” from a residence on County Road in Stamford, Vermont on Friday at 5.55 pm.
The police report states: “Initial findings indicated that several bottles of alcohol were taken from within the residence while the homeowners were not present.
“As a result of an investigation that included surveillance videos and statements, probable cause was found to charge Ezra M Miller with the offence of felony burglary into an unoccupied dwelling.”
The Flash actor was located by police three days after the burglary, on Monday around 11.23 pm.
The Hollywood star, who uses the pronouns they/them, has been the centre of other controversies and alleged crimes in recent months including two arrests in Hawaii for a second-degree assault charge and disorderly conduct at a karaoke bar, and several accusations of abusing and grooming a young girl.

Last week, Warner Bros Discovery CEO David Zaslav said The Flash will go ahead.
He said: “We have seen ‘The Flash,’ ‘Black Adam’ and ‘Shazam 2.’ We are very excited about them. We’ve seen them.
“We think they are terrific, and we think we can make them even better.”
The Flash is set to be released in cinemas on June 23, 2023.
