The victim of a fatal shooting in Acton has been named by the Met Police.
Fernando Johnson, 23, from Shepherds Bush was shot on January 26 at approximately 2.15am. Despite the best efforts of the emergency services, Mr Johnson died at the scene on Rosebank Way.
A post-mortem found that he died of a gunshot wound on January 27. A man in his 20s was arrested on January 28, and was later released on bail.
The Met has since launched an appeal for information and witnesses while a new web portal has also been launched for the public to upload material.
Detective chief inspector Matt Denby, senior investigating officer, said: "My team are making good progress with their enquiries but, as always, we are keen to hear who might have been in and around the area at the time of this incident.
"A web portal has been launched for members of the public to upload material that could assist our investigation directly to us. I urge you to check doorbell cameras and dash cam footage for anything you may have captured - it doesn't matter if you think it is insignificant, we still want to receive it."
