The ACT has recorded 529 new cases of COVID-19, with 63 people in hospital.

One person is in intensive care with the virus and one requires ventilation, but no new deaths were reported on Thursday.

The new cases were split between 317 PCR tests and 212 rapid antigen tests.

It comes as more than half of the ACT's adult population have received a booster shot and more than 70 per cent of five- to 11-year-olds have received at least one vaccine dose.
