ACT Health and Community Services has refused to rule out negative impacts on front-line services as a result of dozens of job cuts.
Health and Community Services staff have been told that at least 65 jobs will go through a voluntary redundancy process.
The directorate is looking to lose 4 per cent of the 1500 employees who work in areas like the management of public housing, child protection, youth and domestic violence. No front-line health workers like nurses or doctors are affected, as those staff are employed by Canberra Health Services.
