Chelsea's trip to Italy on Tuesday sees them taking on one of Europe's most exciting teams, with AC Milan hoping to avenge their heavy defeat by the Blues last week.
Graham Potter's side have been backed to struggle in Milan, with ABC News' statistical analysis website FiveThirtyEight backing the hosts to win with a 40% chance of sealing the win. Chelsea have been handed a 34% chance of sealing the win while a draw has been given a 27% likelihood.
Group E has emerged as one of the tightest in the competition, with Chelsea having a slim lead in terms of the statistical probability of finishing top. They have a 35% chance, followed by Red Bull Salzburg (31%) and Milan (30%).

Chelsea have been given a 3% chance of winning the tournament, with their 3% chance rating them alongside German side Borussia Dortmund. Milan, on the other hand, have been given a similar 2% chance of emerging from this year's tournament victorious, meaning that despite their advantage at San Siro on Tuesday, Chelsea are statistically backed as a better side.
The home side will be boosted by the news that Theo Hernandez is set to return having missed last week's fixture and having completed 90 minutes against Juventus at the weekend will be a welcome and timely addition with the struggles they faced against James last week. Meanwhile, Charles De Ketelaere will miss the game with a minor muscle problem.
Former Chelsea man Fikayo Tomori spoke ahead of the match after scoring in a 2-0 win against Juventus. He said there is a need for more aggression: "Obviously, we have another game against Chelsea coming up, and we want to do more on the pitch, not just in terms of performance, but also aggression. We had a bit more determination today and will try to win on Tuesday."
