AC Milan vs Chelsea: Kick off time, prediction, TV, live stream, team news, h2h results - preview today

Chelsea can move into a commanding Champions League position today should they overcome AC Milan once more.

An emphatic 3-0 win last week over the Italian giants was the Blues’ best performance of the season as Graham Potter starts to instil his methods - and some much-needed confidence - in the squad. The new manager was even able to rest several players in Saturday’s defeat of Wolves.

Taking points off Milan again would leave Chelsea with a superior head-to-head record over their toughest Group E rivals heading into the final two matchdays, a position which looked unlikely after picking up just one point from their opening two games.

AC Milan vs Chelsea prediction

Chelsea produced their best performance of the season to beat Milan 3-0 last week and followed it up with an equally dominant display against, an albeit far weaker, Wolves.

Confidence is firmly on the up for the Blues but I can't see them having it quite their own way at San Siro, and Milan responded to the defeat with a fine 2-0 victory over Juventus.

It will be a far tighter game, likely with fewer goals, so I am predicting a 1-1 draw.

Head to head (h2h) history and results

AC Milan wins: 1

Draws: 3

Chelsea wins: 2
