Jurgen Klopp lamented Liverpool's "absolutely horrible" start at Wolves as they slipped to a 3-0 defeat at Molineux.
The hosts took the lead inside three minutes when Pablo Sarabia's cross was turned past Alisson Becker by Joel Matip and then Julen Loptegui's men doubled their advantage after 12 minutes when Craig Dawson scored his first goal for his new club.
Liverpool fared better in the second half as they tried to get back into the game but were caught on the counter-attack by Adama Traore's pace before Ruben Neves finished off to make it 3-0.
