Former Liverpool stars Michael Owen and Peter Crouch have shared their thoughts on Sunday's Premier League 'title decider' at the Etihad against Manchester City.
The Reds take on their rivals in what is a highly anticipated game as just a single point currently separates the two sides in the table. A defeat for either team would represent a huge blow in their push to secure the title this season.
Both were in Champions League action on Tuesday night and both teams won their respective games. Liverpool secured a 3-1 away win over Benfica, while City will take a 1-0 lead into the second leg of their quarter-final tie with Atletico Madrid.

All eyes are now on Sunday and the showpiece in Manchester, but Owen has warned that if City secure all three points, they'll be difficult to catch in the remaining games of the campaign.
"I think if City win it, four points and an easier run in could be harder to catch," he told BT Sport. "So, I think Liverpool need to get something, otherwise it could be a difficult one and Liverpool could be playing for an FA Cup and Champions League, but it’s going to be such a good game, I cannot wait."
Along with City, Jurgen Klopp's side still need to play Manchester United, Everton and Tottenham before the season draws to a close on May 22. With arguably the more challenging run-in, Liverpool need a result against their rivals to keep their title hopes alive.
Another former Red, Crouch, has backed Liverpool to do the business at the Etihad, but admitted it's a 'toss up' between the two sides.
He added: "It’s huge. It doesn’t get bigger. The two best teams in our country by an absolute distance. It’s a toss up. City have been so fantastic this season, but Liverpool are in great form.
"I think it’s down to who is in form on the day. If I had to call it, I think Liverpool can go there and win, but it’s tough."
