Abbey Clancy flaunted her toned figure as she shared her "skin glow beauty hack" as part of her health kick for October.
The model, 36, looked sultry when she posed with a smoothie as she detailed the ingredients for the healthy drink following her hard workout at home.
Abbey told her 519,000 Instagram followers about how she is doing "pilates everyday" before finishing off with the appetising drink.
She wrote: "Feeling great one week in to my October health kick! Pilates everyday followed by a collagen smoothie made with fresh ingredients and @correxiko marine collagen powder to make my skin glow!!
"I’ve been using this for a while now and can honestly say I can see and feel a huge difference !! My go to skin glow beauty hack."
She shared two selfies and another snap of herself with her pet cat as she donned matching white leggings and crop top for the workout, which brought plenty of complimentary comments.
TV presenter and close friend Denise Van Outen commented on the post, which garnered nearly 7,000 likes, saying: "Glowing" followed by a red love heart.
Fashion designer Donna Ida added: "Your skin (as does the rest of you!) looks amazing."
Abbey's husband, former England striker Peter Crouch, is currently one of the judges of ITV 's The Masked Dancer.
Crouch, who represented England at the 2006 World Cup, alongside fellow judges Davina McCall, Jonathan Ross and Oti Mabuse must try and work out who the dancing celebrity is under the crazy costumes, which have included Pearly King, Sea Slug, Onomatopoeia and Tomato Sauce.
Crouch, who became famous for his 'robot' goal celebration admitted he felt nervous and had "similar nerves" to playing at the World Cup when he first joined the panel.
Crouch said: "Football is my passion and playing for England and things like that... I probably had similar nerves doing this.
"Like the World Cup, but at least I trained for that and knew what I was doing! Here I’m like, ‘How on earth did this happen?’"
Their identities are only revealed once they are eliminated. But Crouch insists he hasn’t blown any secrets to wife or their four children.
He said: "My girls have been desperate to know so they can tell their mates. But my lips are sealed.”
