Abandoned historic building set for major transformation up for sale with £2m price tag

An abandoned historic building on the edge of Manchester city centre, which has planning permission for a major transformation, has been put up for sale.

Bridgewater House, a Grade-II listed former canal office next to Deansgate Square in Great Jackson Street, has a price tag of £2m.

It consists of two townhouses on Chester Road built before 1787 with an extension on Crown Street dating back to 1842.
