Aaron Ramsdale has explained the impact Arsenal's new signings have had in training since joining the club.
The Gunners currently sit top of the table and Mikel Arteta's outfit will be looking to build on their early form in this weekend's North London Derby. Arteta's men have won six of their opening seven league games and have played some fine football along the way.
That's in part due to the fact they made some impressive signings in the summer window, including the purchases of Oleksandr Zinchenko and Gabriel Jesus from Manchester City. Ramsdale believes the duo have brought a 'winning mentality' to the club.

Speaking to Peter Crouch about Arsenal's new signings as part of BT Sport's Around The Block series, he said: "Yeah, it's crazy how the two players especially, Alex [Zinchenko] and Gabby Jesus, they've just brought something different. The only way I can describe it is a winning mentality. Just wanting to win every time and they've been doing it with us every day so it's lifted the training."
The 24-year-old continued by stating that the Gunners' other new recruits have also made an impact on the training ground. Among those is Matt Turner, Arteta's new no.2 goalkeeper in London, whom Ramsdale has given a new nickname.
"Especially in with the goalkeepers, we've got the lad Mat Turner from America, he's like Tigger," the England goalkeeper said.
"It's like a classic American almost where you always want to do everything. He wants to say yes to everything and it's great because there's days where you're a bit tired and when you've got him who's new to the club, it picks you up."
Arsenal fans will be pleased by how easy their new players have settled in at the club. Ramsdale and Co. will be hoping that the sky is the limit this campaign, starting with three points over their arch rivals on Saturday.
