AAP MP Raghav Chadha writes to Rajnath Singh, demands rollback of Agnipath scheme

CHANDIGARH: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha on Saturday wrote to Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh demanding "roll-back and re-deliberation" of the Centre’s Agnipath scheme.

Chadha claimed that there were "several shortcomings" in the Agnipath scheme and sought immediate withdrawal of the scheme by the Centre in wake of voices being raised against it by the youth across the country.
