AAP hits back at Congress over Rahul Gandhi's 'remote control' remarks on Punjab govt; reminds him of Channi regime

CHANDIGARH: The ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in Punjab has attacked Congress MP Rahul Gandhi over his allegation that the government in the state was being remote controlled, saying the Congress used to summon former chief minister Charanjit Singh Channi often to Delhi.

Rahul Gandhi at a rally in Pathankot on Thursday had alleged that the Bhagwant Mann government in Punjab was being run with a remote control as he sought to point towards Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MP Raghav Chadha for calling the shots in the state.
