Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan stunned fans and the media on Thursday, when he went public with his partner of 18 months, Gauri Spratt, at a meet-and-greet event in a Mumbai hotel.
The surprise announcement, which came just ahead of his 60th birthday, left many wondering how the superstar managed to start a new romance under the radar. Explaining how he successfully maintained secrecy about his new romance, Khan said, "For one, she lived in Bangalore until recently, so I would fly down to meet her. The media scrutiny is much less there, which helped us stay under the radar."
