Have you ever wondered how celebrities like Taylor Swift visit their favorite restaurants without being swarmed by paparazzi and fans? Well, a viral TikTok video may have just revealed how the sausage is made and, warning, it’s not as glamorous as you’d think.
A now-viral video from @swifti_4life appears to show Swift, along with her famous friends Brittany Mahomes and Lyndsay Bell exiting the popular LA restaurant Spago through the kitchen.
The video, which was presumably taken in January when the Kansas City Chiefs played the Los Angeles Chargers, showed the three women smiling and thanking the staff at the restaurant as they exited through the kitchen.
The trio, whose partners all play together at the Chiefs, reportedly entered the venue through a back alley to avoid causing a scene. Once inside, the women laughed and enjoyed the food and drink offerings while Swift’s security team sat nearby.
One fan, who claims to have worked at a high-end hotel, replied to the video asserting that “[hotel] rooms were never booked in the ‘stars’ names and we would only get notice about 20 mins before their arrival of who it was and we would have to walk them thru the employee break rooms and back hallways and ignore them.”
Another social media user claimed that they’ve even “had the president and vice president go through the loading docks of my hotels and it’s where we also take out the trash.”

It is not uncommon for NFL players to spend the night before a game away from their partners in a separate hotel room, so the trio of WAGs presumably used this time to live their best lives at a nearby hotspot.
While players can see their partners before games, many teams implement a curfew to ensure the team is back in their hotel by a reasonable hour the night before a game.
But exiting through the back alleyway isn’t the only creative way Swift has avoided detection in the past.
Swift’s elaborate disguises range from reportedly travelling around her Eras Tour venues inside a fake cleaning cart, to travelling *inside* suitcases when arriving and departing from hotels around the world — a rumour that was validated by Zayn Malik back in 2018.
If that wasn’t enough, fans have also speculated that she was being pushed around in a fake popcorn machine to get to her boyfriend at a Kansas City Chiefs game last season.
At this point it feels like Taylor Swift is trying her hardest to be Hannah Montana and I, for one, respect it. Let this woman hide in popcorn machines to her heart’s content, I’m begging you.
