For many of us, times are tough right now. For a multitude of reasons, which I’ll leave to the more informed national, political and financial press to cover, the price of everything is generally going up.

Forget affording a top end projector, OLED TV or surround-sound system, many of us are having to carefully budget just to cover our heating bill or weekly grocery shop.
