Houston-based Optimal Balance Pharmacy is recalling one lot of Compounded Glutathione 200 mg/mL 30 mL Multi-Dose Vials to the patient level, according to a company announcement posted by the FDA. The affected lot is LG342009076, with an expiration date of October 4, 2026.
