Five Nights at Freddy’s may be the only franchise where two movies both crushed at the box office, and then both went many months without sequel confirmations from studios. Fans are currently in just such a limbo, with the fate of FNAF 3 still up in the air, even though it seems all but inevitable for at least one more movie to get made. Just in case that doesn’t happen, though, the video game’s creator Scott Cawthon is making sure Freddy Fazbear remains a big part of our lives with a real-world pizzeria location.
This is not a drill, and this is also not a job announcement for an overnight security guard. Rather, it’s the bonkers (but also 100% understandable) reveal that a physical Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza is in the works to give fans a chance to actually step inside the beloved attraction. The first of hopefully several spots is being set up inside the American Dream complex in Bergen County, New Jersey, with ScottGames aiding in the development, and it sounds cool as hell.
