Laura Hamilton was taken aback by a property hunter's request on A Place in the Sun.
The 40-year-old fronted Wednesday's episode of the popular Channel 4 programme as she helped two new house-hunters find their dream property abroad. Roni and Malcolm were looking for a sunny retreat in the South of Granada with enough project potential of to put their own stamp on.
The couple had a budget of £150,000 and Laura first showed them around a two-bedroom house in Orgivia. The property was priced around £180,000 at the time of filming, but Laura assured the buyers the owners were willing to negotiate for offers around 140,000.

The home boasted a modern fitted kitchen with a wood burning stove, a large roof terrace and a pool with panoramic mountain views. However, architect Roni was unconvinced by the property and said it needed "too much work".
Malcolm was similarly unimpressed but claimed he wanted Laura to find something "more beaten up" as the home had underwent some renovation work within the past 10 years. The presenter revealed she was taken aback by the request as they moved onto the next home.
She said: "I think that's the first time I've been asked to find something more beaten up". Roni and Malcolm were bowled over by the project potential of the next home in Pareje Las Higueruelas.
This was their clear favourite property from today's show, but they decided against putting in an offer due to difficulties with accessing the home.
