A Place In The Sun's Jean Johansson was confronted with a pair of unimpressed property hunters who didn't shy away from vocalising their disinterest.
Elaine and Nick flew off to Puerto de Mazarrón, in Spain's Murcia region, hoping to find their perfect holiday home. Jean was today's property specialist tasked with juggling a budget of £80,000.
The couple were hoping for a two-bed apartment complete with a swimming pool and parking but their initially humble wishlist proved to be more of a challenge than Jean expected.

Jean gave them a tour of their first property but they weren't blown away by what was on offer. Elaine said: "Is this the only terrace?"
Taken aback by the comment, Jean said: "Tell me what you're thinking, don't hold back." Elaine added: "The kitchen is a bit... compact. We're going to be staying here for three months at a time, I need more room to cook"
The couple declared the home wasn't for them and they moved on to the next. In the next handful of properties, they refused to even look at some of the rooms and shot them down instantly.
Jean wasn't able to impress Elaine and Nick and they left Spain with nothing.
