Jean Johansson was in disbelief at the outcome of today's A Place in the Sun.
The property expert returned to front Monday's edition of the popular Channel 4 programme. She was helping Colin and Katrina secure their dream home in Sardinia on the latest episode.
The couple were armed with a budget of £135,000 and wanted a two bedroom holiday home in the Italian town of Olbia. Jean, who also hosts competitions on This Morning, shared her concerns when she discovered the budget.

She said: "I can tell you this island is expensive - and this search is going to be a challenge." However, she insisted there were also more affordable properties available if your new where to look.
The search was smooth as Colin and Katrina fell in love with properties three and five on the hunt. The Marinella Complex Apartment was priced at a negotiable £154,545 and the sea view apartment was priced at £127,243.
They eventually decided to put in an offer in the Marinella Complex Apartment due to its proximity to the beach. Katrina admitted the opening offer was "cheeky" as she said she wanted to start with a bid of just over £127,000.
Jean was in stitches at the remark as she said it would be the "bargain of the year" if they managed to secure her home in the "millionaire's playground" of Sardinia for such a price.
Katrina admitted she was nervous as she said: "It's drinks on us if we do." The seller was not available to respond during the negotiation at the end of the episode but Jean was amazed as she confirmed the bid had later been accepted once they had finished filming.
She said: "All that finger crossing clearly worked as a few days later we heard back and their offer was accepted. I am absolutely delighted to have found them such a gem in a fantastic place at such a great price. "
