TV presenter Jonnie Irwin has been diagnosed with terminal cancer.
The host, best known for A Place in the Sun on Channel 4 and Escape to the Country on the BBC, says that he hopes sharing his diagnosis will inspire others to "make the most of every day".
Jonnie revealed his lung cancer had spread to his brain, telling Hello magazine: “I don’t know how long I have left.”
