A Place in the Sun buyer was stunned when he discovered the price of an Italian villa.
Laura Hamilton returned to front today's edition of the popular Channel 4 programme. The presenter showed Bob and Lucretia around five properties in Puglia as the couple aimed to find their dream home abroad.
The buyers fell in love with the region on their honeymoon and were looking for an initial holiday home before relocating to the region full time after five years. Bob and Lucretia had a budget of £100,000 and were looking for a two bedroom property.

The search got off to a rocky start when they were unimpressed with the quirky features of a traditional Trulllo villa. Bob and Lucretia were bowled over with the next home in Francavilla Fontana and it seemed this was going to the the standout favourite from their search.
However, the house-hunters were wowed by a four bedroom property in Martina Franca they browsed in the final segment of the show, which left Bob questioning if they could afford it. He joked: "You do know our budget?"
Laura explained the villa had recently been reduced from £122,000 and was on the market for £104,000. Bob and Lucretia were stunned by the valuation as they browsed the home.
Bob said: "I can't believe it. I think you're lying about the price because you're getting so much for your money." The house-hunters had an immediate £100,000 bid rejected, but accepted the owner's counter-offer of £101,500.
A Place in the Sun airs weekdays at 3pm on Channel 4 and All 4
