A Place in the Sun presenter Jean Johansson faced a "challenge" because of a couple's budget, which was the lowest she had ever worked with.
Last night's episode of the Channel 4 show featured retired couple Linda and Peter, who wanted to find a holiday home in Italy - with the pair eyeing up the region of Abruzzo.
The couple - a former NHS theatre nurse and a retired decorator respectively - said prior to beginning their search that they were open-minded about their future property.
Although they didn't come with a long list of requirements, Jean teased it would be a "challenge" - with her expressing concern over the couple's £60,000 budget.
After hearing about their plans, Jean explained to the retired couple: "I mean I have to say, I've never worked with a budget of £60,000, so it's going to be a challenge for me."
Her remark came after Linda acknowledged their budget, with the guest saying: "We are just wondering what you're going to come up with cause our budget's not a very big one."
Jean replied: "I am glad you have brought that up, Linda" and nervously laughed before making the comment about it being the lowest budget she'd dealt with.
Her remarks however prompted Peter to reveal they would actually be able to stretch their budget up to £70,000 or even £80,000 if it was for the perfect property.
Jean took them to visit a few options - which were listed above their £60,000 budget - and towards the end of the episode they announced plans to put in an offer for one.
Linda and Peter said they had been particularly impressed with the first property they'd been shown, which was a three-bedroom townhouse listed for just over £63,000.

Following their initial viewing, Linda had said: "It's beautiful. It's a lot of house for the money." She'd further commented: "It's everything we asked for really, apart from a garden."
Viewers saw the pair put in an offer of £57,000 after deciding they wanted the property, though Jean later informed them that the seller had unfortunately declined it.
They however were issued with a counter-offer of £58,588 - which was still below the couple's budget - with them accepting the offer as the episode came to a close.
