A Place in the Sun host Jean Johansson left a buyer in tears during Friday's episode.
The Channel 4 programme was back for its latest instalment, with property expert Jean on hand to assist Rick and Inge in their search for a dream holiday home. The married couple wanted a detached villa in Tala, Western Cyprus.
With a budget of £260,000 the loved-up couple wanted somewhere with plenty of space for some cats they plan to adopt, and a "man cave" for Rick.

Jean had five potential homes to show the buyers, and was off to a great start. The first property, a three-bedroom villa on the market for just over £262,000, was a definite contender.
The home featured a pool and patio, as well as an artist’s studio as well as a bathroom. Things only got better as the episode progressed, as properties two, three and four were also to the couple's liking.
As they stood outside the final property, Jean said: "I think this could possibly beat the others". The three-bedroom bungalow, on the market for just under £282,000, featured a patio that wrapped around the entire home.
There was also a spacious garden and a roof terrace with stunning sea views. Inge said it was "just the right size" and "spacious, but cosy".
After much deliberation, Rick and Inge decided they'd like to put an offer in, though just shy of £10,000 under the asking price at £272,000. After receiving a call from the vendor, Jean looked concerned.
Her comments left Rick in tears. She told him and Inge: "Okay, I have some information for you. The offer... has been accepted". While an elated Inge hugged a sobbing Rick, Jean added: "Congratulations, you two have been such great company. I wish you the best of luck".
