A Place in the Sun presenter Jean Johansson issued a warning to a prospective buyer during Friday's instalment of the popular show.
Jean, 41, was in Valencia city where she was helping teacher Danuta find her dream holiday home. Danuta was joined by her close friend Rachel, who already lives in the city.
For her budget of £120,000 Danuta wanted a two-bedroom property and said she had £10,000 in "wiggle room" for the perfect place. Ideally, Danuta said she would like a balcony and somewhere with sea views.

Things were off to a reasonable start and a three-bedroom apartment really impressed Danuta. However, as it was on the market for just over £136,000, the teacher was concerned it may be too pricey for her.
Later on, a two-bedroom apartment in Sagunto, a short drive from the city, appeared to win Danuta over. It had a huge communal pool, a private balcony, and a huge and bright living space.
Danuta said: "It felt more of a home and it’s going to be my home", but when it came to making a decision she became hesitant. Jean had her phone ready to put in a bid on the property, which was for sale at just under £114,000, when she was suddenly told to "hold off".
She said: "Not quite... I've learnt this week that Valencia is so vast, look, it's just huge." Explaining that she hadn't realised the size of the place, Danuta added: "I think I need more time to explore the area to see, not alternatives.
"I want those properties here but I’m not quite ready to commit until I’ve seen more as it’s such a big decision.”
Jean hit back with a warning, adding: "Great properties go quickly. I wouldn't want you to lose one that you love while looking around the area". But Danuta wasn't ready to place an offer, and before the episode ended Jean told viewers she wished her well.
