A Place in the Sun buyers were concerned as Craig Rowe shared a surprise on today's show.
The property expert was helping Andy and Vicky find their dream home in Crete on Thursday's episode. The couple were armed with a maximum budget of £95,000 and wanted a property with a minimum of two bedrooms.
They were also searching for a home with roof a roof terrace and access to the sea. The hunt got off to a smooth start as they were fans of the first two homes on the search.

Craig was excited to show the buyers around the third home on the hunt, which was a two-bed townhouse in Kritsa. The first two homes did not have a roof terrace and Craig kept it under wraps this home boasted the feature.
However, the buyers were not blown away by the feature as they were concerned by the winding staircase you needed to navigate to get on top of the building. Andy said: "I'd be on tenterhooks with the grandkids."
Vicky said: "I may not want to have many drinks here. That's the trouble" She added: "Little bit treacherous to get there."
The couple ruled the property out due to the feature and eventually decided to put an offer in on the second home of the search, which was a two bed apartment in Lerapetra.
They secured the home for £75,000 but Craig revealed at the end of the show that they withdrew their offer. He said: "Unfortunately once Vicky and Andy got home they realised right now wasn't the perfect time for them so withdrew their offer. They hope to be back soon and I wish them all the best."
