Scottish property expert Jean Johansson left a couple was left in tears after Friday's instalment of A Place In The Sun.
Rick and Inge were joined by Jean in a bid to help them track down their perfect holiday home in Tala, Western Cyprus. The pair had an impressive budget of £260,000 and wanted a lot of outdoor space.
The couple had plans to adopt cats in Cyprus and wanted enough space outside for Rick's 'man cave'. Jean had five stunning potential homes as close to their budget as possible for the buyers, and was immediately off to a good start.

The first property, a three-bedroom villa on the market for just over £262,000, was a strong contender, but while Rick and Inge also liked properties two, three and four, Jean had one more up her sleeve.
Standing outside the last property, Jean was confident and declared: "I think this could possibly beat the others", the Daily Record writes.
The final home shown to Rick and Inge was a gorgeous three-bedroom bungalow, complete with a patio wrapped around the entire home. For their future cats and man cave, the home also came with a spacious garden and roof terrace where they could take in the beautiful sea views.
Inge was thrilled with the last pick and said it was "just the right size" and "spacious, but cosy".
Although it was over budged at £282,000, Rick and Inge decided they'd like to put an offer in, though just shy of £10,000 under the asking price at £272,000.
Tension was high among the trio as Jean put in their offer and waited to hear back whether it was accepted or not. As the vendor called her back, Jean looked concerned putting as Rick and Inge watched on nervously.
She told him and Inge: "Okay, I have some information for you. The offer... has been accepted," as Rick burst into tears following her announcement.
While an elated Inge hugged a sobbing Rick, Jean added: "Congratulations, you two have been such great company. I wish you the best of luck".
A Place in the Sun airs weekdays at 3pm on Channel 4 and All 4.
