A property search was cut short on A Place in the Sun tonight as the buyers slammed a "flop" of a property.
Danni Menzies was back on the Channel 4 property show helping couple Peter and Mark find their dream home in the sun. They had a budget of £80,000 to purchase a holiday home in Maspalomas, Gran Canaria.
Part of their wish list included it being close to a LGBTQ+ friendly areas as well as a nudist beach. With such a tight budget, Danni admitted she had a challenge on her hands but she managed to show five properties to show Mark and Peter.

However, the search got off to a rocky start when the pair refused to look around one apartment. It was a one-bedroom home with access to a great communal pool and gardens.
But before even entering the property, Mark was already severely unimpressed. He warned: "It's not us, it's so busy, it's so noisy. The apartment is going to have to be something very fabulous."
The couple reluctantly agreed to have a look inside the apartment, which was on the market for £89,000. But just one room in, Peter made it clear that the property just wasn't for them as he said: "If you like being out and enjoying the nightlife, which is not our cup of tea, it's ideal."
Danni sounded defeated as she said: "We've hit a dead end, haven't we?" She asked the couple if they would like to see the rest of the property but Mark put an end to it as he said: "No, we don't want to see anymore."
Giving her verdict on how the first home in the property search went, Danni said: "It was a complete flop. I have some serious work to do."
