A buyer on A Place in the Sun became emotional after viewing the perfect home with a 'phenomenal' tree.
Channel 4's Danni Menzies helped Paul and Kelly find their dream home in Kefalonia, Greece. The house hunters wanted a property with space to grow their own fruit and veg in the garden for a budget of £120,000.
They hoped for somewhere close by to a fishing spot as they wanted to be able to "catch their own supper" and also wanted two bedrooms. The buyers were excited to jump right into the search.

The first two properties ticked many of Paul and Kelly's boxes, however it was the third that had a moving effect on them. It was a two-bed, two-bath detached house with outbuildings. It also had terraces wrapping round the outside of the building, and a garden at the back which was home to a very pleasing tree.
Introducing the property, which was on the market for £111,000, Danni said: "I think I might have cracked it with this one - A perfect combination of my first two properties."
Paul agreed as he said: "Wow, Danni has done so well with this." They envisioned themselves cooking in the outdoor kitchen before jumping into the pool.
As they continued to look around Paul spotted something which really caught his eye in the garden. He approached a fructuous tree as he said: "This fig tree is phenomenal. Wow look at that. Nice and fresh."
The next clip showed Paul wiping away a tear as he admitted that seeing the property made him emotional. He said: "I just can't believe how much you've found for us here, we're getting quite emotional actually." His voice wobbled and he wiped his eyes.
Kelly added: "I think it just feels quite homely. It's quite a zen feeling to it." They agreed that the property was a contender as Kelly said: "I think it might have blown the last two out of the water, definitely."
