A Place In The Sun buyer told Ben Hillman she felt "sorry" for him after he didn't meet her needs.
Property expert Ben accompanied social worker Gilly to find a retirement home for her and her husband Andy in Portugal. Though Andy was unable to make the trip, their daughter Kat tagged along for a second opinion on their potential new home.
The couple had visited the area for years but finally wanted to settle down there with a budget of £210,000. They requested a four-bedroom property with a pool, space for their dogs and ideally a craft room to spend their free time.

None of the properties went down well with Gilly as she gave Ben a tough time throughout the show. Though the majority of homes met her needs, she said they didn't "feel right" without explanation or claimed her husband wouldn't be a fan.
Ben became slowly deflated as the episode went on leading to an awkward exchange between the two. He asked whether or not she or Andy was making the final decision on the homes to which she said it was equal between them both. Ben tried to move on as he admitted he wasn't able to please Gilly before he said: "I’m trying my best here, Gilly."
Gilly added: "I know you are and I feel sorry for you. It’s just not doing it for me at all."
The group moved on to the remaining properties where Gilly eventually put down an offer on the fourth home. After it was initially rejected, she and the seller signed a deal on a spacious villa for £215,000.
