A Place in the Sun home buyer became emotional when explaining why he wanted to move.
Jasmine Harman helped dad and daughter team Stephen and Stephanie look for a dream property to move to in the French region of Poitou-Charentes with Stephanie’s young son Carter. With a budget of £250,000 the family hoped to find a character property with tons of outside space.
They were on the lookout for a property with four bedrooms, four to five acres of land, a swimming pool and a workshop. They hoped to also create a business for glamping.

While explaining why they decided to make such a big move Stephen became emotional. He teared up as he explained that he had suffered from cancer.
The grandad said: "I was diagnosed with cancer last year. When you have something so traumatic affect you but you have a dream, you just have to go for it."
Jasmine asked how he was now. He replied: "Everything is fine" as he began to tear up. Stephanie also became emotional as she wiped away a tear. The presenter said: "I can see now why this has become a really important move and a really important time."
