A potential buyer on A Place in the Sun was "speechless" after stepping out of a £200,000 apartment with a "surprise" feature.
Property expert Craig Rowe was in Estepona on Spain’s Costa del Sol where Mark and Loretta were looking for their perfect home. With a budget of £200,000 they wanted somewhere to enjoy holidays and where they could ride their bicycles.
Craig was off to a great start as the first property was deemed a "contender" immediately.

Property number two, a two-bedroom apartment on the market for just over £195,000, seemed even better to the couple. Craig said the home came with a swimming pool, as well as a roof terrace.
Loretta said: "The views, the pool, it is just stunning, Craig", before adding this one would be tough to beat.
The third home was a brand new apartment, on the market for just over £200,000. As Mark and Loretta looked around, Craig took them out on to the balcony to show its "surprise" addition, a stunning sea view for miles around.
Mark looked emotional as he admitted he was "speechless" after seeing the view, while an equally pleased Loretta gushed about how beautiful it was.
