A buyer who featured on a recent episode of A Place in the Sun has shared what happened after the cameras stopped rolling.
Wednesday's episode of the Channel 4 property hunt show saw Leah Charles-King accompany Kerry and Stewart from Newcastle to find a holiday home in Lanzarote. Working with a budget of £120,000, the couple requested a one-bedroom apartment that was near the beach with its own private pool.
The couple were pleased with everything Leah lined up for them, even admitting she knocked it out of the park in some instances.

But sadly when it came to the end of the show, Kerry and Stewart had struggled to make a decision. Stewart said he and his partner had been up until the early hours talking it through.
The couple were so torn between two properties, they couldn't decide what to do. They had fallen for a one bedroom property in Costa Teguise, but a spanner was thrown into the works when Leah later showed them a two-bed home in Puerto Del Carmen.
Stewart said: "We need to go back and spend some time, see if we can fall in love with the area. If not, [the one-bedroom] is there. If we hadn't seen that one, we'd be ringing the agent now and putting an offer in, but now that we have..."
Sharing an Instagram post ahead of Wednesday's episode airing, Leah said: "Hope y’all enjoying the festive season. Just letting you know I’ve a brand new episode of @aplaceinthesunofficial today at 5pm on @Channel4 helping Stewart and Kerry find a holiday home with a £120k budget in #Lanzarote".
Kerry replied to the post, letting Leah know they had in fact bought an apartment on the island. She said: "Thanks for your help and fabulous personality. We purchased a property 3 months later".
Leah replied: "Kerry!!!!!! Ahhh so lovely to hear from you! Wow so great to hear you got a property! Congrats!! Hope you and Stewart and the family are well xx"
